Just Breathe Breathwork

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Just Breathe Breathwork, operated by Gemma Kelly, including in-person and online breathwork sessions, workshops, events, recordings, and related content.
By booking or participating in any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Just Breathe Breathwork
Just Breathe Breathwork is a UK-based sole trader business offering breathwork sessions and experiences for wellbeing and personal exploration.
All services are facilitated with care, professionalism, and appropriate training, but participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
2. Services offered

Just Breathe Breathwork may offer:

In-person group breathwork sessions

In-person 1:1 breathwork sessions

Online / Zoom breathwork sessions

Recorded breathwork audios or programmes

Workshops or events at third-party venues
-
Corporate or workplace breathwork sessions
Details of each service are provided at the time of booking.
3. Booking and payment

Bookings are made via the Just Breathe Breathwork website, third-party booking platforms, or via booking systems managed by venues or collaborators.

Full payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed directly with Gemma Kelly.

Pay-on-the-day arrangements are only available where explicitly pre-arranged in writing.

Your place is not confirmed until payment has been received.
4. Cancellation, refunds and rescheduling
1:1 sessions

A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice, or non-attendance, are non-refundable.

Where appropriate and at discretion, a reschedule may be offered.
Group sessions, workshops and events

Group sessions and events are non-refundable, as places are limited and preparation is involved.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person with prior approval.
If Just Breathe Breathwork needs to cancel

If a session or event is cancelled by Just Breathe Breathwork, you will be offered either:

A full refund, or
-
A credit or transfer to a future session

Just Breathe Breathwork is not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation.
5. Health, suitability and personal responsibility

Breathwork is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

Participation is at your own risk and responsibility.

All clients are required to complete an intake form and/or waiver prior to participation.

Some health conditions may require prior discussion or medical clearance before attending.

It is your responsibility to disclose relevant health information and to inform the facilitator of any changes.

You may pause or stop a session at any time if something does not feel right for you.
6. Age limits
All services are for participants aged 18 and over only unless agreed with the facilitator directly
7. Experiences and outcomes

Breathwork is a personal process and experiences vary.

No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

Emotional, physical, or psychological responses may arise, and participants are encouraged to seek appropriate support where needed.
8. Recordings, content and intellectual property

All session content, recordings, written materials, and resources remain the intellectual property of Just Breathe Breathwork.

Content may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or resold without prior written permission.

Any recordings provided are for personal use only.
9. Photography and recordings at events

Occasionally, photos or short videos may be taken at events for promotional or educational purposes.

Participation does not require consent to be photographed or recorded.

You may opt out at any time by informing the facilitator before or during the event.
10. Third-party venues and services

Some sessions take place at third-party venues or use third-party platforms.

Just Breathe Breathwork is not responsible for the facilities, accessibility, or policies of these venues or platforms.
11. Limitation of liability

Just Breathe Breathwork will always act with care and professionalism.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Breathe Breathwork accepts no liability for loss, injury, or distress arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
12. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
